From the sea to the table
The produce takes the lead. Every morning the team works with the day-boat catch, shellfish, rice and seasonal vegetables, chosen with care and sourced close by.
Cooking with Mediterranean roots that respects where things come from and brings out their natural flavour. Dishes made to share, to savour slowly and to remember.
A story cooked slowly
Ola del Mar grew out of a love of cooking, hospitality and the Mediterranean. What began as a family dream is now a landmark restaurant in Portixol, where tradition and evolution go hand in hand. At the helm is Pedro L. García Espinosa, chef and director with the heart of a host.
